This depends on the service. Our Business Model Clarity Review is a single-day working session. Sales Process Engineering runs over three weeks, with interviews and review sessions scheduled around your team's availability. The Board Governance Advisory is a ten-week programme, typically with one or two working sessions per fortnight.

The Business Model Review works best when two to four senior people are involved — those who understand strategy as well as day-to-day operations. For Sales Process Engineering, participation from your sales team members is important, alongside management. The Governance programme primarily involves existing directors and the company secretary.

We send a short pre-engagement questionnaire after confirming a booking. This covers background information, key questions you'd like the engagement to address, and any existing documents that would help us prepare. There is no need to prepare materials beyond what feels comfortable and readily available.

Yes. All documentation we produce is developed for your company, not adapted from a generic template. Process frameworks, governance documents, and model maps are built around what we learn during the engagement. We do not produce off-the-shelf reports.

We include a short review session two to four weeks after each engagement to address questions that arise when you begin implementing recommendations. For ongoing advisory needs, we are open to discussing a retainer arrangement on a case-by-case basis.

Confidentiality is something we take seriously. All information shared during our engagements is treated with care, and we are prepared to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before work begins if your organisation requires it. We do not reference client information in any public material.
